The Marriage Project
The Marriage Project
How Healthy are the Marriages in Your Church?
According to Barna, of the adults in America who have been married, 33% of them have been divorced. The numbers are not any more encouraging for Christians. 34% of Protestants and 28% of Catholics have been divorced. And the church should not just be about divorce-prevention, but about encouraging and equipping married couples to experience an exciting, fulfilling marriage. The Marriage Project helps churches identify the collective health of marriages in their congregation and develop a strategy to enrich marriages and intervene in relational crises.
Don't Settle for the Shotgun Approach!
If your church is like most churches, you may have a ministry or two devoted to marriages, but no real strategy for honoring marriage in your congregation. We can help you be better stewards of the resources in your church as well as the relationships that God has entrusted to you.
What Is The Marriage Project?
The Marriage Project is designed to help churches identify the overall health of the marriages in its congregation. It also helps churches develop a strategy to both strengthen marriages and intervene in crisis situations. At its core is the principle found in Hebrews 13:4 - “Marriage should be honored by all.”
What Services Do You Provide?
We connect you with a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist who will administer a church-wide survey and compile the results, interview church staff and key leadership, and work with the church to develop a strategic plan for their church and identify ways it can partner with ministries or individuals to suit their needs.
